Welcome to this pleasant and bright 52 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence in Roses. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and has a 5 m² balcony. You will be right in the city center, just a 4-minute walk from the beach, in a lively and convenient area, close to shops and restaurants.

You will enjoy a south-facing living room, bathed in natural light throughout the day, as well as access to a shared rooftop terrace, ideal for admiring the sunset.

The apartment does not have a private parking space.

However, free parking spaces are available on the surrounding streets.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.

The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.

The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option of bringing your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a dishcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

Key collection in this accommodation is done independently thanks to a key box system.
