Welcome to this magnificent 60 m² apartment located in Roses. This apartment, located on the ground floor, is the perfect place to fully enjoy your vacation or to spend a pleasant short stay near the sea. You can easily reach the beach just 5 minutes away on foot.

Housing

• Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm.
• A bathroom equipped with a shower and a washing machine available.
• The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a small television offering French and Spanish channels, and a dining table for 4 people.
• The functional kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine.
• A 10m² terrace and a corridor all along the apartment.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There is no air conditioning in the accommodation but fans are provided. There is no WiFi available in the accommodation.

You can reach the beach in just 5 minutes on foot and Roses town center in 20 minutes.

Parking

You benefit from a free private parking space in the residence. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including tax.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including tax.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once you have made your reservation, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option of coming with your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a dishcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

Key delivery to this accommodation is done independently using a key box system.
