This 40m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a 3-story building, can accommodate up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a double bed (135x190) and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and bidet, and there is a separate toilet. The comfortable living room leads to a dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary crockery and utensils. For your comfort, there is air conditioning in the living room, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, and a television with French and Spanish channels. The 5m² outdoor space offers a view of the canal.

In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to any person aged 17 and over.

The applicable amount for this tourist accommodation is €1.75 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.

This tax is mandatory and must be paid before arrival.

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

• The cost of a bed linen set for a double bed is €10.00 including VAT.

• The cost of a bed linen set for a single bed is €5.00 including VAT.

• The cost of a towel is €3.00 including VAT.

You also have the option of bringing your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet, and pillows.
