Welcome to this pleasant 65 m² apartment located in Roses, in a quiet area with beautiful sea views. Situated on the 3rd floor (step down) of a building without an elevator, this accommodation is ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay on the Costa Brava.

Its location makes it easy to enjoy Roses: you are only a 4-minute drive from the beautiful Canyelles Petites beach.

Housing

Room 1: Suite with double bed and bathroom.

Room 2: Suite with two single beds and its own bathroom.

Living room: Comfortable sofa, television, relaxation area with direct access to the terrace and sea view.

Open kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and dining table.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and has a 10 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while admiring the view.

You will also have access to a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days.

Parking

The apartment has a private parking space included in the residence, making it easy to park for the duration of your stay.

Important information

In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to any person aged 17 and over.

The applicable amount for this tourist accommodation is €1 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.

This tax is mandatory and must be paid before arrival.

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices: • The cost of a bed linen set for a double bed is €10.00 including VAT. • The cost of a bed linen set for a single bed is €5.00 including VAT. • The cost of a towel is €3.00 including VAT.

Once your booking is complete, we will send you a link to pay the tourist tax and additional sales.

You also have the option of bringing your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet, and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats, and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

The keys to this accommodation are handed over in person.

On the day of your arrival, you will receive a detailed digital welcome guide containing all the essential information about your accommodation for your stay. This will include instructions for access, arrival and departure procedures, house rules, and much more.
