This 70 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), the second has a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the third has two single beds. There are also two toilets with sinks.

The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a comfortable dining area. Guests can also enjoy a communal garden for relaxation. Private parking for one car is available.

In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to any person aged 17 and over.

The applicable amount for this tourist accommodation is €1.75 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.

This tax is mandatory and must be paid before arrival.

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a bed linen set for a double bed is €10.00 including VAT.

• The cost of a bed linen set for a single bed is €5.00 including VAT.

• The cost of a towel is €3.00 including VAT.

You also have the option of bringing your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet, and pillows.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats, and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.
