There are also 2 toilets with washbasins. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a comfortable dining area. Enjoy a communal garden for your relaxation. Private parking for one car is available.

In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to any person aged 17 and over.

The applicable amount for this tourist accommodation is €1.75 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.

This tax is mandatory and must be paid before arrival.

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.
