Welcome to this 50 m² apartment located in the heart of Empuriabrava, within the “Gran Reserva” holiday complex. This apartment is the perfect place to enjoy your holidays or a short stay near the sea. Ideally located, it’s just a two-minute walk from the beach and offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool from its balcony. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator.

Housing

• Bedroom 1: Equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm).

• Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm).

• A bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet.

• The living room has a sofa bed suitable for a child, an international television, a dining area and reversible air conditioning.

• The functional kitchen is equipped with hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for cooking.

• Balcony: 5 m² with a view of the swimming pool, perfect for relaxing.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

During your stay you will have access to all the amenities of the “Gran Reserva” holiday complex. The reception is at your disposal for any assistance. You can enjoy the restaurant, bar, internet café and 4 swimming pools (for a fee) for adults and children.

Additionally, there are plenty of shopping facilities nearby, with shops, a mini-market, a shopping centre, restaurants, bars and a bakery just 100 metres away.

The sandy beach “Empuriabrava” is just 250 meters away.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Parking

The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, free parking spaces are available around the residence.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option to bring your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

The keys to this accommodation are handed over completely independently using a key box system.
