Welcome to this charming apartment located in Roses Santa Margarida, in a modern residence with shared swimming pool. This accommodation is ideal for fully enjoying your vacation or a short stay.

Housing

Bedrooms :

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm.
• A bathroom with bathtub.
• Living room: Equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a television.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, hob, hood, coffee machine, and all utensils needed for cooking.
• Terrace: Beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The shared swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.

Santa Margarida city center and beach can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the accommodation, there is no WiFi in the accommodation. A washing machine is at your disposal. The accommodation is not air conditioned.

This accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Parking

You can park all around the residence in free parking spaces.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including tax.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including tax.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once you have made your reservation, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option of coming with your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a dishcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

Key delivery to this accommodation is done independently using a key box system.
