Welcome to this charming 74 m² apartment located in the Dulce Vida residence, on the heights of Roses, in the Puig Rom district. Offering superb views of the Bay of Roses from its terrace, this accommodation is ideal for a relaxing holiday near the sea. It is just a 10-minute drive from Roses town center and Canyelles Petites beach. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds (80 x 190 cm)
• Living room: Comfortable sofa, television with French channels, dining area, air conditioning, heating.
• Bathroom: Equipped with a shower and toilet.
• Kitchen: Hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishes.
• Terrace: 10 m² with garden furniture, view of the Bay of Roses, direct access to the residence's swimming pool
• Garden: Shared outdoor space in the residence
• Swimming pool: Community, accessible from April 1 to October 31

Parking

The accommodation does not have a designated space, but you can park for free on the streets near the residence.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option to bring your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet, and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.
