This 65m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a separate toilet with washbasin. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and toaster. You'll enjoy a welcoming living room with a TV and French channels, a dining area, a dedicated workspace, and air conditioning/heating in the living room for optimal comfort. The accommodation also benefits from Wi-Fi. Outside, a 10 m² terrace awaits you, offering canal views and access to the year-round, unheated communal swimming pool.

In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, a tourist tax (IEET – Impuesto sobre las Estancias en Establecimientos Turísticos) applies to any person aged 17 and over.

The applicable amount for this tourist accommodation is €1.75 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in the same accommodation.

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.
