Welcome to Maison Panoramique, an ideal holiday home to relax and enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. This 55 m² terraced house offers a comfortable and recently renovated setting.

Housing

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, panoramic terrace with hammock and garden furniture.
• Bedroom 2: Trundle bed.
• Living room: Bar, sofa, television with international channels, balcony with dining table.
• Kitchen: Washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hotplates, refrigerator.
• Wi-Fi connection: Available for your convenience.
• Swimming pool: You can enjoy the shared swimming pool of the residential complex open in season.

Please note that Maison Panoramique has a staircase of 111 steps and is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Additionally, the safety of children under 8 years old must be considered due to railings and other potentially dangerous elements.

Parking

A parking space is reserved for you at the bottom of the complex.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including tax.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including tax.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once you have made your reservation, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option of coming with your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a dishcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

Keys are handed over to this accommodation independently using a key box system.

On the day of your arrival, you will receive a detailed digital welcome guide containing all the essential information regarding your accommodation for your stay. This will include instructions for access, check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, and more.
