• Bedroom 1: a 150 x 190 cm bed with closet and mosquito net.
• Bedroom 2: two 90 x 190 cm beds with closet and mosquito net.
• Bedroom 3: a 150 x 190 cm bed with wardrobe, sea view, television, mosquito net and air conditioning.

Bathrooms :

• A bathroom with shower and toilet.
• A second bathroom with shower and washing machine, for added convenience.

Kitchen : Fully equipped with all necessary appliances: Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher and kettle.

Living Room : Offers magnificent sea views and includes a TV with French and Spanish channels for your entertainment.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

It is located just a 5-minute drive from Roses beach and local shops.

Parking

A private garage is available to park your car safely (maximum height: 180 cm).

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option to bring your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet, and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

Key collection in this accommodation is done independently thanks to a key box system.
