Welcome to this bright, 56 m² apartment located on the 13th floor of the Karina residence in Empuriabrava. Offering beautiful views of the Muga River, it's ideally located in the city center, just 10 meters from the beach. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

• Balcony: 5 m² balcony with unobstructed view of the river

Heating and air conditioning are available in both bedrooms and the living room for comfort optimal.

Free parking spaces are available in front of the building.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option to bring your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet, and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.
