Welcome to this magnificent 95 m² villa located in the residential area of Mas Fumats in Roses. Offering a large 1000 m² wooded garden, a private swimming pool, and a pétanque court, this house is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children).

The villa is located just a 10-minute drive from the beach and the town center of Roses, while offering a quiet and privileged environment.

• Living room: Sofa, television with French channels, fireplace, dining area
• Kitchen: Hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, barbecue utensils and wine glasses
• Exterior: Dining area with large table, large terrace with garden furniture, private swimming pool, wooded garden and pétanque court

Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms. Ceiling and portable fans are available.

Parking

Three private parking spaces are available on the property.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option to bring your own linens. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet, and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

Key collection for this accommodation is done in person.
