Welcome to this charming 70 m² apartment located in Santa Margarita, Roses. With a capacity of 5 travelers, this accommodation offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday or a short stay by the sea. Nestled on the first floor of a residence with a communal swimming pool, it benefits from a privileged location close to the shops and restaurants of Santa Margarita, and a few steps from the beach.

• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (150 x 190 cm) and 1 single bed on the mezzanine (90 x 190 cm)

Living room : Dining area, sofa and television with French and Spanish channels

Kitchen : Fully equipped with hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle and all utensils necessary for cooking

Passenger access

There is a free community parking lot right in front of the building, but no space is reserved for the accommodation. If no spaces are available, you can park in nearby streets where free spots are also available.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool with sea views, open from June 1st to September 30th.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option to bring your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

The keys to this accommodation are handed over completely independently using a key box system.
