Welcome to this completely renovated 80 m² house in Empuriabrava. Ideally located, it offers a pleasant living environment with a 30 m² garden and access to a community swimming pool in season. Just a 5-minute drive from La Rubina beach and close to shops, it is perfect for a holiday with family or friends. This accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) in optimal comfort.

Housing

• Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 x 190 cm).

• Bedroom 2: Double bed (150 x 190 cm).

• Living room: Includes a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a television with Spanish channels, a dining area and reversible air conditioning.

• Bathroom: 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

• Kitchen: Functional and equipped with hotplates, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine glasses and all the equipment necessary for cooking.

• Exterior: Private garden of 30 m² and terrace.

This house is equipped with air conditioning and heating in the living room and both bedrooms for optimal comfort.

A community swimming pool is accessible from June to September.

Parking

Free parking spaces are available next to and in front of the house.

Important information

Bed linen sets (including a duvet cover, two pillowcases, and a fitted sheet) for each bed, as well as towels, are not included in your stay.

You can rent them at the following prices:

• The cost of a set of bed linen for a double bed is 10.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a set of bed linen for a single bed is 5.00 euros including VAT.
• The cost of a towel is 3.00 euros including tax.

Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a payment link for the desired quantity.

You also have the option to bring your own linen. Each bed will be equipped with a mattress protector, duvet and pillows.

For your comfort during your stay, we offer you a welcome pack with welcome items such as toilet paper, a washcloth, a sponge, coffee, tea and sugar, as well as toiletries such as body soap and shampoo.

In each bathroom you will find bath mats and a tea towel is provided in the kitchen.

The keys to this accommodation are handed over in person.

On the day of your arrival, you will receive a detailed digital welcome guide containing all the essential information about your accommodation for your stay. This will include instructions for access, check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, and much more.

⚠ A deposit of 800 euros will be requested upon registration by credit card in the form of pre-authorization.
